3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service
• One person may only maintain one account

4. Credential Verification

• You may only upload credentials that were legitimately issued to you
• You must not upload falsified, altered, or fraudulent credentials
• We use AI-powered verification but do not guarantee 100% accuracy
• We reserve the right to remove credentials that appear fraudulent
• Uploading credentials from another person is strictly prohibited

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to manipulate rankings or game the leaderboard
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

• CertScore and its original content are owned by us and protected by copyright
• Certification logos and names belong to their respective organizations
• You retain ownership of credentials and documents you upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it on the Service

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Upload fraudulent credentials
• Engage in abusive behavior

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of credential verification
• We are not responsible for the actions of certification issuers
• Rankings and points are for entertainment and professional comparison purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms
